摘要
采用酸浸除铁法对氰化尾渣进行了富集金的研究.在浸出温度为80℃、酸矿比为0.7、浸铁时间为4 h、液固比为4∶1的较优条件下,金在渣中的富集倍数为1.75倍,金含量由5.50g/t提高到9.61g/t.实验结果表明该方法可有效地将铁从氰化尾渣中浸出,使金富集在渣中,可提高金的氰化浸出率.
The method of acid leaching iron was used for enriching gold from cyanide tailings. Under the opti- mum conditions of acid leaching, leaching temperature being 80-C, ratio of acid to ore being 0. 7, leaching time being 4 hours, liquid - solid ratio being 4: 1, enrichment multiple of gold reached to 1.75 and the content of gold in residue increased from 5.5 g/t to 9.61 g/t. Experimental results show that iron could be leached and gold could be enriched in residue effectively and leaching ratio of gold could be increased.
