摘要
分析了乙炔发生装置的用水量和排水量,并进行了技改,将水洗塔喷淋液改为闭路循环方式,减少了工业水用量,并通过回收废水中溶解的乙炔降低了电石单耗。
The water consumption and water discharge of acetylene generator were analyzed, and transformations were carried out. The circulation of spray water for water wash tower was changed to a closed mode, thus the consumption of industrial water was reduced. The consumption of calcium carbide was reduced by recovering the acetylene dissolved in the waste water.
