摘要
对S45000沉淀硬化不锈钢试样进行了1 050℃油冷固溶处理,随后在580℃第一次时效、再在600℃第二次时效及在605℃第三次时效。研究了固溶和不同工艺时效处理后钢的显微组织和力学性能。结果表明,经固溶和不同工艺时效处理后,S45000钢的组织主要为回火马氏体和ε-Cu析出相;随着时效温度的升高和时效次数的增加,钢的屈服强度、抗拉强度和屈强比均下降,并存在一个特定的时效温度,超过该温度时效后,钢的强度性能因出现逆变奥氏体而急剧下降。
S45000 precipitation-hardening stainless steel specimen was subjected to solution treating consisting of heating at 1 050 ℃ and oil cooling, and subsequently, to first aging at 580 ℃ , second aging at 600℃ , and third aging at 605℃. The microstructure was surveyed, and strength property was measured for the S45000 steel after being solution treated and being aged. The results indicated that the microstructure of the S45000 steel aged by the different processes was predominantly tempered martensite and e-Cu precipitate, and that as the aging temperature rose and the number of aging increased the yield strength, tensile strength and their ratio of the steel all decreased, and there was a specific aging temperature at above which the S45000 steel aged will exhibit considerably lass strength due to the presence of reversed austenite in the steel.
