摘要 对大规模配电网电力系统配置的合理规划,能够有效提升大规模配电网稳定运行质量。对配电网系统配置的规划,需要对配电网内部进行准确诊断,结合用户报装和规划项目库,模拟项目实施后电网的运行情况。传统方法先处理用户端的快速响应,取代主从结构,但忽略了模拟电网的运行情况,导致规划精度偏低。提出基于改进时间模糊的云计算平台下大规模配电网诊断方法。给出配网诊断设计框架,采用保护断路器信息和电气量来纠正断路器动作信息,确定可疑故障元件,对配网固定串联电容器中电容器内部结构进行了数学建模,给出大规模配电网内部诊断的判据,利用潮流计算,在电网运行基础上结合用户报装和规划项目库,模拟项目实施后电网的运行情况,完成对云计算平台下大规模配电网诊断。仿真证明,所提方法诊断精度较高,为配电网规划建设提供有效的技术支持。 This paper presents diagnostic method for large - scale distribution network under blurry cloud computing platform based on improvement time. Firstly, the diagnostic design framework for distribution network is given, and breaker action information is corrected by protection of breaker information and electrical quantities, thus suspected fault element is determined, then the internal structure of capacitor in fixed series capacitor for distribution network is modeled, and criteria of internal diagnosis of large - scale distribution network is given, and then power flow calculation is utilized and user reporting and planning project library are combined on the basis of power grid operation. Finally, the operation of power grid after implementation of project is simulated and large - scale distribution network diagnosis is completed under cloud computing platform. The simulation results show that the mentioned method has high diagnostic accuracy. It can provide effective technical support for distribution network planning and construction.
