摘要
自20世纪80年代起，我国民族村寨旅游发展迅猛，极大地促进了民族地区经济社会的发展。在民族村寨旅游规模增长的同时，也产生了一系列不容忽视的问题，直接影响民族村寨旅游的可持续发展。因此，促进民族村寨旅游转型升级是当务之急。从旅游政策和现实的角度来看，“绿色＋”理念应当成为民族村寨旅游转型升级的必然选择，在这一理念下，民族村寨旅游的转型升级可从如下几个方面展开：以绿色开发模式保障生态平衡；以绿色标准促进资源循环利用；以绿色文化管理制度加强政府引导、规范管理；以绿色产业支撑地方特色；以绿色理念培养专业化人才队伍建设。
Since 1980s, the rapid development of ethnic village tourism in China has greatly promoted the economic and social development in ethnic minority areas. At the same time, there are a series of problems that can＇t be ignored, which directly affect the sustainable development of ethnic village tourism. Therefore, it is urgent to promote the transformation and upgrading of ethnic village tourism. From the tourism policy and practical point of view, ＂green ＋＂ concept became the inevitable choice when the ethnic village tourism transformation and upgrading, in this concept, the transformation of the ethnic villages tourism can be upgraded from the following aspects： The green development mode to protect the ecological balance; Green standards to promote resource recycling; Green culture management system to strengthen the government＇s guidance and standardized management; Green industry to support the local characteristics; Green ideas to train the professional talent team construction.
