摘要
PLC噪声滤波器的主要作用是滤除传导高频干扰噪声,以防对电力系统中的电力载波通信信号造成干扰。为了防止过电压损坏主线圈和调谐装置,在滤波器的电抗器内部装有避雷器。针对换流站PLC避雷器端部异常发热情况,应用有限元软件,开展了三维涡流场有限元数值计算,采用缩比模型对三维涡流场与材料特性、电流幅值和频率之间的关系进行分析计算。计算结果表明:在相同的低频交变磁场中,导电不导磁材料比导电导磁材料的涡流损耗更大,而且受磁场源的电流幅值和频率的影响显著。计算结论为PLC电抗器内部避雷器的设计、结构优化、运行维护和故障分析提供了理论参考数据。
The main purpose of PLC noise filter is filtering conduction high frequency interference noise, to avoid interference on power carrier communication signals of the power system. In order to pre- vent damage of overvoltage to the main coil and tuning device, lightning arrester is equipped inside the reactor of the filter. For the abnormal thermal situation of converter station PLC lightning arresters' termi- nal, the author applied finite element software to carry out the 3D eddy current field finite element numer- ical calculation, analyzed and calculated the relationship between 3D eddy current field and material properties, current amplitude and frequency with the shrinkage ratio model. The calculation result shows that conductive but not permeability materials have higher eddy current loss than conductive and permea- bility materials in the same low frequency alternating magnetic field. The calculation conclusion provides a theoretical reference data for the design, structural optimization, operation maintenance and fault anal- ysis of the PLC reactor internal lightnin~ arresters.
