摘要
随着氧化物非线性电阻片配方工艺的不断改进,其特性对温度的敏感程度也有显著变化。通过对国内金属氧化物避雷器生产厂家不同规格的氧化锌非线性电阻片进行的温度特性试验研究,分析了不同温度下避雷器状态检测特征参量的变化规律,以期对状态检测的有效性和状态评估提供参考。研究发现,离线状态检测测得的0.75倍直流参考电压下泄漏电流以及在线状态检测测得的阻性电流基波分量随温度变化最为明显。
With the progress of the metal oxide varistor (MOV) formula and technology, the sensi- tivity of temperature characteristics has changed significantly. Different types of MOV from factories in China are tested to measure the characteristic parameters of the condition detection at different tempera- tures. The regularity is extracted after analyzing the results to provide a reference for the validity of metal oxide arrester (MOA) condition detection. It is found that the leakage current under 0.75 times of the DC reference voltage measured by off-line detection and the fundamental component of the resistive current measured by on-line detection changes the most obviously with temperature.
