摘要 试验以明胶、阿拉伯胶为壁材,素雅兰香精油为芯材,采用复凝聚法制备香味微胶囊,考察反应pH值和芯壁比对成囊效果的影响。通过光学显微镜和粒度分析仪对微胶囊的形态分布和粒径进行表征。将精油和香味微胶囊配制成整理液,采用浸渍、浸轧、喷淋和洗涤四种方式对织物进行处理,并对处理后织物的香味效果进行评价。结果表明,当壁材和芯材质量分数为2%、芯壁比为1:1、pH值为4.5时,所得香味微胶囊为规则球形,粒径14.62μm,粒径分布较为集中。香味测试结果表明,香味释放3~4 h后,微胶囊中的香味值始终高于精油挥发所产生的香味值。采用浸渍和洗涤两种方式处理后的织物,表现出较为明显的缓释性能。 With gelatin and Arabic gum as wall material, and fragrant orchid essential oil as core material, fragrant microcapsules is prepared via complex coacervation method. The effects of the reaction pH value and the ratio of core to wall on the capsule are investigated. The morphological distribution and particle size of microcapsules are characterized by optical microscopy and particle size analyzer. The finish- ing liquor containing essential oil or fragrant microcapsules is used to the treatment of the fabric by dipping, dip-padding, spraying or washing methods. The release properties of the treated fabrics are evaluated. The results show that with wall and core materials concentration 2%, ratio of core to wall 1 : 1, pH value 4-4.5, the obtained fragrant microcapsules are regular spherical with the particle size of 14.62 μm, and the particle size distribution is more concentrated. The results also show that the fragrance value in the microcapsules is always higher than that of the essential oil after 3,4 h of fragrance release. After treated with dipping or washing, the fabrics exhibit a significant controlled-release performance.
