In vitro pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics models and their applications in antibacterial drug research

摘要 体外药代动力学/药效学(PK/PD)模型通过体外装置动态地模拟人体内药物的药代动力学变化,探究其与细菌的药效学相互作用结果。目前,体外PK/PD模型已广泛用于抗菌药物的各方面研究,比如联合用药方案的评价、细菌耐药性分析、药物PK/PD参数的确定等。近些年来,随着中空纤维感染模型的逐步完善,该模型在国外已被广泛应用,但国内的进展还相对较缓慢,本文将围绕体外PK/PD模型的发展及其在抗菌药物耐药性研究中的应用展开介绍。 In vitro pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic ( PK/PD ) models simulate the pharmacokinetic course of drugs in human body by in vitro devices and investigate their pharmacodynamic interactions with bacteria. At present, in vitro PK / PD models have been widely used in various as- pects of antimicrobial research, such as the evaluation of the combination regimen, analysis of bacterial resistance, determination of PK / PD parameters. In recent years, with the gradual improvement of the hollow fiber infection model, the model has been widely used abroad, but the domestic progress is still relatively slow. The article focus on the development of in vitro PK / PD models and its application in antimicro- bial resistance research.
