摘要
目的:观察早期肠内营养联合双歧杆菌治疗重度急性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法:对64例确诊为重度急性胰腺炎的患者按入院时间顺序分成观察组和对照组各32例,其中对照组采取常规治疗方法,观察组在对照组的治疗基础上给予肠内营养联合双歧杆菌治疗。结果:观察组患者腹痛缓解时间、首次排便时间明显优于对照组,比较有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,比较有统计学差异(P<0.05);两组之间血尿淀粉酶恢复时间和治愈率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗第7天两组患者血糖、血清总蛋白、血清白蛋白之间无统计学差异(P>0.05);但治疗后14 d观察组患者血糖明显低于对照组(P<0.05),其血清白蛋白、血清总蛋白明显高于对照组,比较均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:采取肠内营养联合双歧杆菌治疗急性胰腺炎不但可以加快腹痛缓解、减少并发症,也能够改善患者肠道营养状况,效果确切。
Objective: To observe clinical efficacy of early enteral nutrition combined with Bifidobacterium in treatment of acute pancreatitis.Methods: 64 cases diagnosed as acute pancreatitis were divided into observation group and control group according to admission order,32 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,while the observation group was given enteral nutrition combined with Bifidobacterium treatment on the basis of the treatment of the control group.Results: The abdominal pain relief time and the first defecation time of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidences of complications of the observation groupwere significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistical differences in the blood glucose,serum total protein,serum albumin levels 7 days after the treatment between the two groups; however,14 days after the treatment,the blood glucose level as well as the serum total protein and serum albumin levels of the observation group was significantly lower and higher than those of the control group,respectively,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Enteral nutrition combined with Bifidobacterium in the treatment of acute pancreatitis can not only accelerate the relief of abdominal pain and reduce complications,but also can improve the nutritional status of the patients' intestinal tracts with accurate effects.
