摘要
针对固定周期排气和安时积分排气两种阳极排气方法,对自制的空冷型质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)进行实验研究。在高负载情况下研究了不同目标安时积分值对电堆输出稳定性的影响,并确定了最佳目标安时积分值为100 As。在变负载情况下对两种排气方法的电堆输出性能和氢气消耗量进行了探究。相较于固定周期排气,安时积分排气在保证电堆良好输出性能的同时,大幅降低了氢气消耗达30%。
The experimental research based on anode periodic exhaust and ampere-hour integral exhaust was made on laboratory-made air-cooled proton exchange membrane fuel cell ( PEMFC). The effect of different target ampere-hour integral values on output stability was studied under high load, and the optimal target ampere-hour integral value was determined as 100As. The output performance and hydrogen consumption of two exhaust methods were investigated in the condition of varying load. Compared with periodic exhaust, ampere-hour integral exhaust saved almost 3 0 % of hydrogen, for pretty much the same performance. As the high produce cost of hydrogen, the application of ampere-hour integral exhaust can also significantly reduce the engineering cost of PEMFC.
