摘要
医生的情绪管理能力作为体验和加工自身和患者情绪信息、处理自身和患者情绪性问题的能力,直接影响医院整体诊疗质量和品牌形象。作为医生直接管理组织的医院,其文化氛围、规章制度、组织培训等都会对医生的情绪管理能力的培养与发展产生深远的影响。本文从医院视角对当前医生情绪管理能力中存在的问题进行探讨,并进一步提出医院层面的可行性对策,为医院开展医生情绪管理工作、全面提升医生情绪管理能力奠定基础。
Doctors＇ emotional management ability of experiencing and processing emotional information and emotional proh- lems of their own and patients＇,directly affects the overall diagnosis and treatment quality and brand image of the hospital. As the hospital,the direct management organization for doctors, the cultural atmosphere,rules and regulations,organizational training and so on will have a far-reaching impact on the cultivation and development of the doctors＇ emotional management ability. This article, from the perspective of hospital .discusses the problems of emotion management ability of the doctors＇.and further puts forward some countermeasures of the feasibility at hospital level so as to lay the foundation for hospitals to carry out doctors＇ emotional manage-ment and improve their emotional management ability.
