铅酸蓄电池电动叉车电池改造技术的研究 被引量:6

摘要 针对电动叉车广泛使用的铅酸蓄电池存在着自放电量大,维护频繁,寿命短,环境污染严重等缺点的现状,选用高效、环保的磷酸铁锂电池取代铅酸蓄电池,对电源部分进行改造设计。进行替换前后蓄电池的体积和容量的对比计算,利用锂电池管理系统,完成电池改造模块的设计,并对叉车进行了实际的测试使用。使用结果表明,单次充电,电动叉车的工作时间增加,电源部分散热减少,叉车的使用性能得到了改善,这也为铅酸蓄电池电动叉车的改造提供了一种新的思路。 Aimed at the constitution that the lead-acid storage battery used in the electric forklift have the shortcomings of large self charge capacity,frequent maintenance,short life cycle and serious environmental pollution,the lithium iron phosphate battery which is environmental friendly and efficient was choose to take place of the lead-acid storage battery, and the power supply was designed. The design of battery transformation module was completed by comparing the volume and capacity of the battery,using the battery management system of lithium battery and the actual test was carried out. The results show that the electric forklift's working time increases and the power supply makes low heat dissipation when charged once,and the use performance of the forklift is improved. This also provides a new way for the transformation of the electric forklift.
