摘要
科研相关档案记载了科研部门、科研人员在从事科研活动中的所有原始记录材料,是一项重要的信息资源。在科研人员发表文章、申报科研课题、科研奖励、人才称号、人事晋升等方面作为最有利的佐证文件,为领导决策起到资政的作用。对科研相关档案的类型、特点等进行阐释,总结科研相关档案管理的意义,分析科研相关档案的管理现状,总结工作经验并提出提高管理质量的具体措施,为科研档案管理人员提供参考。
The related archives of scientifc research records all the original information of scientifc research departments and researchers during the activities of scientifc research, and it is an important information resource. As the most favorable supporting documents for publishing article, issues reporting, applying research awards, applying talent title, personnel promotion and other aspects, it is also effect on the leadership for making the decision. This paper interpreted the type and the characteristic and so forth of the related archives of scientific research. It mainly summarized the related archives of the scientific research, including its managerial implications and status. In additions, the specifc measures were proposed to improve the quality level on management by summarizing the working experiences, in order to provide the reference for the administrators of the scientifc research archives.
