摘要 为全面提升江苏省水利信息资源共享和应用协同智能的能力,推动"数字水利"向"智慧水利"转变,从水利大数据全生命周期管理和应用的需求入手,基于云计算技术,从基础设施、数据资源、应用系统3个层次提出水利信息资源"云服务"整合共享的思路和方案,建立基础设施云、数据云、应用服务云、云资源管理平台,实现基于水利云的信息资源的整合、共享,支撑全省一级部署(省级)、四级应用(省、市、县、乡级)的水利信息资源整合共享模式,为江苏省水利信息资源整合共享建设提供顶层设计和工作指导。 In order to fully promote water resources information resources sharing and water resources applicationcollaborative intelligent ability of Jiangsu province, promote the“Digital Water Resources”to“Smart WaterResources”, starting from management and application requirements of water resources big data in whole life cycle,based on cloud computing technology, ideas and solutions of water resources information resources integration andsharing are put forward from three levels“cloud services”about infrastructure, data resources, application system.Infrastructure cloud, data cloud, application service cloud, cloud resource management platform are built, to achieveintegration of information resources based on water resources cloud and sharing of information resources based onservice. The water resources information integration and sharing model is provided, which is one level deployment(provincial) and four level applications (provincial, municipal, county and township). The solution provided is a topleveldesign and work instruction for water resources information resources sharing of Jiangsu province.
