摘要
目的研究在皮试液配置过程中液质比、液量变化与皮试液浓度三者的关系,以期为临床准确配制青霉素类和头孢类药物皮试液提供参考。方法收集了35种青霉素类和头孢类药品,记录每种药品在加入一定溶媒溶解后的液量变化,将液质比、液量变化率以及皮试液推算浓度的结果进行线性回归分析。结果液质比与液量变化率的线性回归方程:Y=-1.169+66.339/X(3.3≤X≤13.33);液质比与推算浓度的线性回归方程:ln Z=5.710-0.6/X(3.3≤X≤13.33)。结论液质比越大,皮试液的推算浓度越接近理论浓度。为了消除液量变化对皮试液浓度的影响,可通过上述公式计算出液量变化值进行修正。
Objective To research the relationship among the ratio of liquid volume and quality, liquid volume changes and the cutantest concentration calculated in cutantest preparation, and provide references to penicillin and cephalosporin preparation.Methods 35 drugs of penicillin and cephalosporin were selected and the liquid volume changes were recorded after the drugs were dissolved by certain solvent.The results of the ratio of liquid volume and quality,liquid volume changes and concentration of cutantest were analyzed with linear regression. Results The linear regression equation of liquid mass ratio and fluid change rate was Y =-1.169+66.339/X( 3.3≤X≤13.33);The linear regression equation of liquid mass ratio and calculated concentration was lnZ =5.710-0.6/X, ( 3.3≤ X ≤ 13.33) .Conclusion W h e n the liquid mass ratio was lar-ger, the calculated concentration of cutantest was closer to the theoretical concentration.In order to eliminate the influence of liquid volume changes on the cutantest concentration, the value of of liquid volume changes can be corrected by the above formula.
