摘要
石川河流域整治是富平县水体生态环境改善的重要举措,对其整治情况进行评价关乎石川河后期的维护和对地方社会、生态、经济产生的效应,是小流域整治必不可少的环节。石川河流域综合整治效益评价研究选择层次分析法筛选出适合评价石川河流域综合整治项目的评价指标,并建立相应的指标体系,确定其对应指标权重,采用模糊度综合评价方法进行评价。由评价结果知:项目产生的社会、生态、经济效益为中等,且都较为符合社会生产、发展要求。
Ishikawa river basin is an important measure to improve the ecological environment of the water body in Fuping. The evaluation of itsremediation is related to the maintenance of the Ishikawa river and the effect of the local society, ecology and economy. It is an indispensable partof the small watershed regulation. The evaluation index of the comprehensive improvement of the Ishikawa river basin is selected to select the evaluationindex for the comprehensive improvement project of the Ishikawa river basin, the corresponding index system is established to determinethe corresponding index weight, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate. From the evaluation results that： the project producedby the social, ecological, economic efficiency is moderate, are more in line with social production and development requirements.
