摘要
目的:对梗阻性结肠癌患者实施择期手术方案、急诊手术方案的临床疗效及安全性等进行比较分析。方法:选取2011年1月-2016年12月入住笔者所在医院接受诊治的梗阻性结肠癌患者42例进行研究,随机分组,择期组21例实施择期手术方案,急诊组21例则实施急诊手术方案,观察两组手术效果及并发症情况。结果:择期组21例中,有1例(4.76%)实施回结肠吻合方案,19例(90.48%)实施Ⅰ期吻合方案,1例(4.76%)实施造口手术方案;急诊组21例中分别为6例(28.57%)、9例(42.88%)和6例(28.57%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时急诊组有8例(38.10%)出现并发症,而择期组有2例(9.52%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于出现梗阻性结肠癌的患者,选择实施择期手术方案可提升其病灶组织一次性根除效果,而且还可防止切口感染、肺部感染及吻合口瘘症状等出现,临床效果及安全性都有保障,可推广。
ObjectiveTo compare the clinical efficacy and safety of patients with obstructive colorectal cancer in emergency surgery and selective surgery.Method：From January 2011 to December 2016 in our hospital,42 patients of diagnosis and treatment of obstructive colon cancer were studied,and divided into 2 groups.Selective surgery group of 21 cases for selective surgical procedures,while emergency surgery group of 21 cases implementing emergency operation plan,observed the operation effect and complications of two groups.Result： 21 patients in selective group,1 case（4.76%） implementation to colon anastomosis,19 cases（90.48%） implementation Ⅰ period,1 case（4.76%） implementation of colostomy surgery,21 cases of emergency group were 6 cases（28.57%）,9 cases（42.88%） and 6 cases（28.57%） respectively（P〈0.05）.At the same time,there were 8 cases（38.10%） of complication in the emergency group and 2 cases（9.52%） in the selective group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： To obstructive colon cancer patients,selecting selective surgery can promote the tissue lesions one-time eradication effect,also can prevent the incision infection,pulmonary infection and anastomotic fistula symptoms appear,so clinical effect and security are assured,can be promoted.
