摘要
铁路营业线信号系统改造施工技术复杂、安全风险高、工程难度大,能否顺利进行将直接影响铁路运输效率和安全。在对多条铁路营业线改造项目成功案例进行分析、对比梳理和经验总结的基础上,对铁路营业线改造项目的施工流程、施工内容、调试方案、要点开通、收尾克缺等内容进行阐述,对于调试试验和要点开通两个重要的环节进行重点的描述,希望对铁路营业线改造施工方案的编制起到一定的参考作用。
Reconstruction of railway signal systems for operational lines is featured with complextechnologies, high safety risks, short construction time and very diffi cult construction. Whether it can becarried out smoothly will directly affect the safety and effi ciency of railway transportation. Based on theanalysis, comparison and summary of the successful reconstruction cases of several operational lines, thepaper expounds the construction fl ow, contents and commissioning scheme, opening a at given time, andelimination of defects, describes mainly the two important parts of commissioning ＆ testing and opening atgiven time, hopefully providing reference for reconstruction scheme of operational lines.
