摘要
闽台联合培养人才项目随赴台学生的逐年增加,对学生的风险防控管理成为当下组织者、管理者最为棘手的课题。通过访谈项目学生和带队教师,查阅相关文献资料,根据此项目的政治性、示范性、持续性和脆弱性,以及赴台学生自我管理能力差、缺乏团队精神、防范意识弱等特点,设计具有事前、事中、事后管理功能的信息化平台,构建"全学生、全方位、全过程"的风险防控体系,以帮助管理者提升管理效率,实现该项目的可持续发展。
With the increasing number of visitingst：udents to Taiwan under the Fujian-Taiwan joint training program, it has become the most difficult task for organizers and administrators to take risk prevention and control on them. This paper, through interviewing students and teachers in the program and getting access to relevant document literature, targeting on the political nature, features of demonstration, continuity and vulnerability of the project, aiming at their poor self-management ability, lack of team spirit and weak awareness on the part of visiting students to Taiwan, designs the information platform which has the management function in advance, in and after the event, builds up the risk pre＇vention and control system of ＂all students, omni-direction and whole process＂, and helps administrators to improve management efficiency and to realize the sustainable development of the project.
