摘要
为研究建筑设计与施工安全的相关性,以函调和实地访谈等方式调研了国内20多家建筑施工单位和设计单位。在调查研究基础上,构建了建筑设计对施工安全影响的危险有害因素评价模式,分析归纳出建筑设计对施工过程中不同分部分项工程存在的4大类危险有害因素,给出相应危险因素可能导致的安全事故,并且提出了设计阶段可采取的建筑安全设计建议。最后用层次分析法对建筑设计施工安全的危险有害因素作进一步的分析评价,得到各因素对施工安全的影响程度排序,明确影响最大的几个危险有害因素,为建筑设计中减少和避免出现影响施工安全的设计缺陷提供必要的科学依据。
In order to study the relationship between architectural design and construction safety, we investigate more than 20 construction organizations and design organizations used questionnaire and interviews. Based on the research, we establish the hazardous and harmful factors evaluation model, summarizes four categories of dangerous and harmful factors of the architectural design, and analyzes accident which all hazards and risk factors may cause, then presents architectural safety design recommendations according to the evaluation results. Finally, using the analytic hierarchical process to analyze and evaluate the risk factors of construction safety for architectural design, obtain the ranking of factors impact level on construction safety, then we can find several important dangerous and harmful factors, and provide the necessary scientific basis for reducing and avoiding the design defect of construction in architectural design.
