摘要
本文在分析总成体锉配零件的基础上,探讨总成体锉配件加工过程中的加工工艺流程及加工难点,最后从三角板、圆弧镶块、底板、V形板、配合加工等几方面探讨关键工艺,为保证三角总成体锉配件的加工、测量和装配质量提供参考。
Based on the analysis of assembly file matching parts, assembly of machining process and ma- chining difficulties of body parts processing process file, finally discusses the key technology of the triangle plate, arc block, bottom plate, V shaped plate, with several aspects of processing, assembly processing, in order to ensure the triangle measurement and assembly the quality of body accessories to provide reference file.
