摘要
在半导体激光器的干涉测量中,半导体激光器作为系统的光源,其波长稳定性会影响测量系统的性能。为了定量地研究温度对半导体激光器波长的影响规律,首先,从激光器的内部机理出发推导激光器波长随温度变化的模型表达式,并通过MATLAB对模型进行仿真;然后,对不同温度下的激光波长进行试验测量;最后,通过仿真与试验数据验证了模型的有效性,并得出激光器波长随温度升高而变长、变化规律近似为线性的结论。
The semiconductor laser affects the measurement performance due to its temperature characteristic, when it is used as light source of self - mixing interference measurement system based on semiconductor laser. In order to study the influence rule of temperature for semiconductor laser, model of laser wavelength changing with temperature based on the in- ternal mechanism of semiconductor laser is established, and the model is simulated by MATLAB. Then the experiment measurement for laser wavelength under different temperature is carried out to verify the effeteness of the model. Finally, the simulation and experiment results show that laser wavelength become longer with the increase of temperature, and the relation between them is similar to linear.
