摘要
螺旋槽丝锥具备寿命长、效率高成本低、冷却润滑条件好、切削平稳以及扭矩小等优点,广泛用于各类工况条件下盲孔、通孔、多倍径螺纹的加工。但规格大于M20以上的螺旋槽丝锥在加工中容易出现螺纹过切、烂牙等现象,造成工件报废,影响客户交货周期。本文就M20-M36这类较大规格螺旋槽丝锥在使用过程中发生螺纹过切现象导致通止规检测不合格或螺纹烂牙现象的一些分析和试验性解决方法的研究。
The spiral fluted taps have the advantages of long life ,high efficiency, low cost, good cooling and lubrication conditions, smooth cutting and small torque. It is widely used in the processing of blind holes, through holes and deep hole threads under various working conditions. But the spiral fluted taps above M20 were particularly prone to thread over- cutting, broken teeth and other problems, resulting in scrap product, affecting customers' delivery cycle. In this paper, the big size spiral fluted taps of M20-M36 were special designed and manufactured to solve the "thread over-cutting" problem, and cutting test was done to verify the improving process.
