摘要 羟基磷灰石(HAP)因其具有良好的生物相容性被广泛应用于生物细胞实验中,掺杂具有荧光性的物质,对研究生物荧光探针着重要的意义。采用化学沉淀法,以PEG-8000(聚乙二醇-8000)为模板剂,在pH值为9的条件下,制备出了Eu^(3+)掺杂的纳米级别(100 nm)片状羟基磷灰石。用荧光光谱、X射线衍射、扫描电镜和红外分析等测试手段对所得样品进行了表征。结果表明,pH为9条件下可以制备出片状形貌的HAp,随着Eu^(3+)掺入量的增加,对HAp的形貌并没有太大影响,但是荧光强度呈先增后减的趋势,其中掺入量为3%时,荧光强度最强。 Hydroxyapatite(HAP) has a wide application in the biological cell experiment due to the excellent biocompatibility. It has an important significance of doping with fluorescent material for the research of fluorescent probe. In our study, Eu^(3+)-doped nano-HAp was prepared successfully by chemical precipitation method using polyethylene glycol-8000(PEG-8000) as a template agent by adjusting p H to 9. The samples were analyzed by Fluorescence spectrum analysis, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The results showed that the laminated Eu^(3+)-doped HAp can be obtained at the p H value of 9. With the increase of Eu^(3+), the morphology of HAp is not much affected, but the fluorescence showed a trend of first increased and then decreased, the fluorescence was the strongest when the Eu^(3+) was 3%.
