摘要
阐述了冷轧无取向高牌号硅钢瓦楞状缺陷产生的原因和危害,并对调整化学成分、中间罐中添加促进形核元素、控制浇注时的过热度、电磁搅拌、二次电磁搅拌、高温轧制、大压下量粗轧、高温终轧、后段层流冷却、高温卷取+卷取后保温、二次冷轧、常化退火等相关控制方法进行了概述和评价,指出为避免瓦楞状缺陷,最经济、技术成熟的方法是采用常化工艺,也可采用二次冷轧工艺。
The mechanism and harm of corrugated defects on the surface of high grade non-orientation electrical steel were introduced.The control methods were summaried,such as chemical composition adjustment,adding nucleus generation element into tundish,controlling the casting superheat degree,electromagnetic stirring,second electromagnetic stirring,high temperature rolling,rough rolling in high reduction,high temperature finishing rolling,back laminar cooling,high temperature coiling and soaking,double cold reduction,normalizing treatment.Then it pointed out that the normalizing treatment was the most economic mature technology,and the double cold reduction was the second best method.
