摘要
为了获得稀土镁合金薄带,采用挤压-轧制联合工艺路线,对厚度为1.4 mm的MnE21镁合金挤压板坯进行轧制试验。采用温轧工艺轧制出厚度为0.5 mm、0.4 mm、0.3 mm、0.2 mm的薄带,并对不同厚度的轧制薄带进行了微观组织和力学性能的对比分析。结果表明,不同厚度的薄带的抗拉强度Rm相差并不明显,Rm维持在200 N/mm2左右,但随着板带减薄,各向异性逐渐减小。MnE21镁合金薄带中的稀土相细小且均匀分布,合金的组织得到充分细化。
In order to obtain thin sheets of magnesium alloy with rare earth, 1.4 mm extruded plates were warm rolled to 0.5 mm, 0.4 mm, 0.3 mm and 0.2 mm sheets at various reduction rates with the extrusion-rolling combined technology. Microstructure and mechanical properties of MnE21 sheets with different thicknesses were analyzed after rolling. The tensile strength is about 200 N/mm^2 with inconspicuous difference and the anisotropy decreases as the sheets become thinner. The fine rare earth phase is distributed homogenously in the rolling sheets and the grains are refined sufficiently.
