废铸件推出装置是一种应用于垂直造型线尾部,将报废铸件提前分离的设备。它能够防止劣质铸件和优质铸件混合在一起,从而降低了后道分拣难度,提高了铸件的合格率。从废铸件推出装置的结构及工作原理层面对其可行性和先进性进行分析和探讨。
The launching device of waste sand tire has been applied at the end of vertical molding production line, which makes scrap casting separated in advance. It can prevent the castings of poor quality and high quality from being mixed together. Thereby the sorting difficulty in the following step has been reduced and the qualified rate of castings has been improved. The feasibility and advancement of the waste sand tire launching device have been analyzed and discussed from the aspects of its structure and working principle.
