摘要
目的探讨舒适护理对剖宫产术产妇围术期应激反应的影响。方法选取2015年8月-2017年4月行剖宫产术的产妇86例为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组43例,观察组43例,对照组行围术期常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施舒适护理,观察两组产妇围术期生理、心理变化。结果两组产妇T0时血压、心率及情绪状况均无显著差异(P>0.05);观察组产妇T1、T2时MAP、HR及SAS评分、SDS评分同对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);T3时两组MAP、HR无显著差异(P>0.05),SAS评分、SDS评分两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论剖宫产术围术期实施舒适护理,可有效减少应激反应,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effect of comfortable nursing care on maternal cesarean section perioperative stress response. Methods 86 cases of parturients who underwent cesarean section from August 2015 to April 2017 were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into the control group（43 cases） and the observation group（43 cases）. The control group received routine perioperative care, and the observation group received comfort care on the basis of the control group. The physiological and psychological changes of the two groups were observed during the perioperative period. Results There was no significant difference in blood pressure, heart rate and emotional state between the two groups at T0（P〈0.05）;The MAP, HR and SAS scores and SDS scores of the observation group at T1 and T2 were significantly different from those of the control group（P〈0.05）;There was no significant difference in MAP and HR between the two groups at T3（P〈0.05）, and there was significant difference between the two groups in SAS score and SDS score（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Cesarean section perioperative comfort care, can effectively reduce the stress response, it is worth promoting.
