摘要
回顾建设工程施工图设计文件审查制度建立的历史沿革,总结国内施工图设计文件审查制度运行的典型模式,提出施工图审查制度运行优化模式的具体实施内容,包括统一施工图审查管理机构、统一管理和分派审查工作任务、构建建设工程施工图审查机构综合能力评价模型、设计建设工程施工图审查机构质量诚信评价体系、实施建设工程施工图审查政府购买服务模式。
The paper reviews the historical evolution of the establishment of construction drawings inspection. Then,summarizes the typical operation mode of the construction drawings inspection system in China. Finally,puts forward the specific implementation tasks of the operation optimization model of construction drawings inspection system,including unifying constr uction drawing review management organization,unifying management and assignment review task,building the comprehensive ability evaluation model of the construction drawing review mechanism,designing the quality integrity evaluation system of construction drawing review mechanism,implementing the construction drawing review of government purchase service mode.
