摘要
目的探讨微通道经皮肾穿刺内引流术治疗肾盂旁囊肿的手术方式、疗效及其安全性。方法收集46例肾盂旁囊肿患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。统计手术时间、术中出血量、术后留置输尿管支架(D-J)管时间、术后患者合并LUS症状、住院周期、总住院费用、术后复查情况。结果 46例患者均顺利完成手术,手术时间20~65 min,术中出血量20~40 ml,无肾脏严重出血、肾周脏器损伤及感染等并发症,术后患者合并LUS症状6例,经过口服药物治疗症状缓解。术后随访6~24个月,未见复发。结论采用微通道经皮肾穿刺内引流术治疗肾盂旁囊肿,术中出血少、微创、住院周期短、疗效确切。
Objective To investigate the operation, efficacy and safety of micro - channel percutaneous nephrectomy drainage for parapelvie cyst. Methods The clinical data of 46 patients with renal pelvic cyst were collected from July 2010 to July 2016 and the clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. There were 28 cases of male and 18 cases of fe- male, 30 cases of left side, 16 cases of fight side, 12 cases of hydronephrosis and 34 cases without hydronephrosis. The duration of operation, the volume of blood loss, the duration of postoperative indwelling （D -J）, the postoperative com- plications of LUS, length of hospitalization, total hospitalization and postoperative review. Results The 46 patients were successfully completed the operation, operation time 20 ~ 65rain, intraoperative blood loss 20 - 40ml, no serious renal hemorrhage, kidney organ damage and infection complications, postoperative patients with symptoms of LUS in 6 cases, after oral drug treatment to relieve symptoms. All patients were followed up for 6 to 24 months. Conclusion Percutaneous nephrolithotomy with percutaneous nephrolithotomy in the treatment of pelvic parathyroid cyst, less intraop- erative bleeding, minimally invasive, short hospital stay, the exact effect.
