3#背压式汽轮机调速系统的改造及应用

摘要 3#汽轮发电机已为公司服役二十六年,调速系统采用奎液压式。由于运行时间长,卡涩、波动严重,加减背压时,岗位人员在调速汽门三角架与油动机之间“发明”一根撑杆来控制调速系统的波动,如不对调速系统隐患进行及时处理,机组的安全运行得不到保证,因此,决定对3#汽轮发电机调速系统进行升级改造,即重新安装一套调节系统,原有的轴头油泵只提供机组润滑、保安系统用油,机组的传动、调节用油重新安装一套油站,即对汽轮机调速系统进行数字电液控制系统改造。 No.3 turbine had been used for 26 years in my company. Its hydraulic speed governingsystem was full of serious jam and fluctuation due to long-time running. When the back pressure in-creased or decreased, the fluctuation in speed governing system was suppressed with a jaekstay in-stalled between speed governing valve tripod and hydraulic servomotor. If the hidden trouble was noteliminated from speed governing system, the turbine couldn't be operated safely. Therefore, the speedgoverning system in No.3 turbine was improved, i.e., a new adjustment system was installed. The oldoil pump at spindle nose only supplied oil for lubrication of turbine and security system, a new oildepot provided oil for the new adjustment system, i.e., the old speed governing system was improvedinto digital electro-hydraulic control system.
