摘要
详细介绍了某型航空发动机附件传动系统中央传动齿轮的结构,分析了该中央传动齿轮的传动形式、齿轮材料、齿轮参数、支承方式、热处理方式的选择及设计方法,并校核计算了齿轮轴疲劳强度以及齿轮轴的临界转速。该中央传动设计的成功经验可为该类型附件传动中的中央传动齿轮设计提供参考和借鉴。
The detailed structure of the center-driving gear in an aero engine is introduced in this paper. The selection and designing of the driving-form, gear material, geometry parameters, supporting-form and heat treatment are analyzed. Meanwhile, the fatigue strength and critical speed of this gear system are calculated. This design of center-driving gear is successful, which can provide reference for design of the similar gear system in the future.
