摘要
本文主要是建立电信工程类学生职业胜任力概念模型,第一步通过对胜任力模型的内容分析和半结构化的访谈获得,访谈对象包括已就业的毕业生、用人单位、教师等。第二步将所收集到的电信工程类学生的职业胜任能力项目进行分析、归类、汇总、整理,合并相关项目,得到电信工程类学生有关职业胜任力的条目及对应的简要定义。
This paper mainly establishes the concept model of vocational competence of telecommunication engineering students. The first step is through content analysis of competency models and semi-structured interviews. The interview subjects include employed graduates,employers,teachers,etc. The second step is to analyze,categorize, summarize,and organize the vocational competencies of the telecommunications engineering students that are collected. To obtain the relevant professional competence of the telecommunication engineering students and the corresponding brief definition.
