摘要
食品加工与保藏课程是食品相关专业一门重要的专业基础课和必修课。为改善和提高课程质量,本文提出采用课程目标达成度进行教学评价,介绍了课程目标达成度评价机制,探讨了课程目标达成度在食品加工与保藏课程的应用及完善措施。
Food processing and preservation courses are important basic courses and compulsory courses for food related majors.To improve and improve the quality of curriculum,this paper proposes an objective to achieve teaching evaluation,this paper introduces the objective to reach a degree of evaluation mechanism, discusses the curriculum objectives have degrees in the course of food processing and preservation application and perfect measures.
