摘要
全国临床技能大赛在提高临床教师教学水平及综合素质、搭建合作交流平台等方面均具有重要的促进作用。近年来,南京医科大学在全国临床技能大赛中获得了优秀的成绩。为了选拔培训参赛选手,南京医科大学第一附属医院专门组建了内科临床技能培训团队,本文从内科技能团队的历史、组成、培训基地建设三方面进行了论述,并总结了参赛经验。
The national clinical skills competition plays an importance role in improving the teaching ability and the comprehensive quality of clinical teachers and building communication platform. Nanjing medical university has got outstanding achievements in the national clinical skills competitions in recent years. In order to select the competitors,the first affiliated hospital with Nanjing medical university set up a clinical skills training team. We discusses the history,composition and construction of the clinical skills training team and summarizes the competition experience.
