摘要
地方高职院校生源复杂,思想道德素质的差异和行为养成的差别对共青团员的教育和管理提出了挑战,分类引导和分层管理是共青团员管理的创新运用,注重分层一体化,因材施教,充分体现了地方高职院校团员青年养成教育工作要精细化。本文通过阐述地方高职院校团员青年分层一体化养成教育管理的内涵,以探索共青团员分层一体化养成教育的有效方法。
Local higher vocational colleges students complex,differences in moral qualities and behavior on the education and management of the Communist Youth League raised a challenge. Classification guidance and hierarchical management is the innovation of the Communist Youth League management,pay attention to stratification integration,individualized teaching,fully embodies the local vocational college members young people to develop education work to be refined,this article elaborates the connotation of the educational management of the local higher vocational colleges,classification guidance and hierarchical management,to explore the Communist Party members stratified integration of education to develop an effective way.
