摘要
"3+1"新型的教学模式,注重创新实践能力的培养。"3+1"教学模式下的微生物实验课程,以求提高学生的就业择业能力、缩短社会适应期为主旨。本文从教学大纲的制定、教师的培训、学生行业认知度的加强、校外实习基地的筛选、校外实习阶段的监控等方面,来组织和实施"3+1"模式下的微生物课程。
＂3＋1＂is a novel teaching pattern,which focuses on training the innovative and practical ability of students. Based on the ＂3＋1＂ pattern,the objective of microbiological experiments is to improve the hunting-job ability of students and make them adapt to society as soon as possible. Therefore,making a plan on microbiological experiments needs to consider teaching program,teachers＇ training,strengthening the students＇ awareness on the relevant industries, selecting off-campus practice base,and controlling off-campus practice.
