气田用天然气压缩机节能监测评价方法的研究与应用 被引量:1

摘要 随着气田生产规模的不断扩大,其能耗问题和节能管理备受关注。压缩机作为气田生产系统的主要用能设备之一,因缺少相应的节能监测评价标准而制约了压缩机节能潜力的挖掘和节能工作的开展。《气田生产系统节能监测规范》运用能量平衡原理,采用黑匣子方法,研究气田压缩机的耗能方式及其影响因素,分析不同因素对能耗的影响规律,总结出科学合理的评价方法,制定相应的标准。通过验证,该标准中提出的气田压缩机测试评价方法,能够满足不同类型气田压缩机能耗测试与评价的需求。 With the continuous expansion of gas field production scale, energy consumption and energy saving management have at- tracted much attention. Compressor is one of the main energy consuming equipment in gas field production system, the tapping of the energy saving potential of compressor and the development of energy saving work were limited due to the lack of corresponding energy saving monitoring and evaluation standards. By using the principle of energy balance and the black box method, the mode and influ- encing factors of gas compressor energy consumption were studied, and the influence laws of different factors on energy consumption were analyzed, the scientific evaluation methods of gas compressor energy consumption were summed up, the corresponding standard "Energy Saving Monitoring Standard for Gas Field Production System" was formulated.
