摘要
国内煤炭路线合成乙二醇的品质不高,较难达到生产聚酯的要求,发展其下游应用有重要意义。采用催化反应精馏工艺,以硫酸钛为催化剂催化乙二醇合成1,4-二氧六环。经工艺优化,较优的反应条件为:反应温度170℃,催化剂用量为总反应原料质量的3%,回流比1.0,塔板数(包括塔釜)9块,反应时间4.5h。此时,乙二醇的转化率为95.65%,1,4-二氧六环的选择性为89.42%。
The quality of coal-based ethylene glycol in China is not high enough to meet the requirements of polyester production, so it is of great significance to develop its downstream applications. A catalytic reaction distillation process is used for synthesis of 1,4-dioxane from ethylene glycol with titanium dioxide as catalyst. The optimal reaction conditions were determined as follows: 170℃, the mass ratio of catalyst to total reactants of 3%, the reflux ratio of 1.0, the number of plates (including the reactor) of 9, and the reaction time of 4.5 h. Under above conditions, the conversion of ethylene glycol and the selectivity of 1,4-dioxane were 95.65% and 89.42%, respectively.
