摘要
采用烘箱加热的钼酸铵分光光度法对城市污水处理工艺中的总磷进行测定研究。通过实验对比方式,分别就氧化剂加入量、消解反应温度、消解反应时间及显色时间四大因素,对城市污水中总磷测定结果产生的影响进行分析。实验结果表明,氧化剂加入量、消解反应温度、反应时间及显色时间值分别为6m L、120°C、120min及15min时,基于钼酸胺分光光度法对污水中总磷进行测定,结果最为稳定、可靠。
In this paper, the total phosphorus content in municipal wastewater treatment was studied by ammonium molybdate spectrophotometry with oven heating.The effects of the amount of oxidant added, the reaction temperature, the reaction time and the coloration time were analyzed by the experimental method.The influence of total phosphorus determination in urban sewage was analyzed.The results showed that the total phosphorus was determined by molybdate spectrophotometry when the amount of oxidant added, digestion reaction temperature, reaction time and coloration time were 6mL, 120℃, 120min and 15min respectively.The results were the most stable, reliable.
