摘要
以加压模具和压力成型的秸秆生土砖为探索对象,研究了同一试块横竖向导热系数差异值及导热系数随其密度变化的规律,并运用瞬态热带法来进行秸秆生土砖的导热系数值测定。结果表明:当密度小于1 350kg/m^3时,生土砖横竖向的导热系数差异值为0;秸秆生土砖在实际工程中使用的密度范围为1 150~1 700kg/m^3;在材料的应用密度范围内,随着其密度的增大秸秆生土砖导热系数的增大幅度出现了以1 450kg/m^3为分界的先陡后缓增长趋势。最后依据物理学在电路中求串并联电路电阻的方法推导了生土材料的导热系数预测模型。
The pressured die and pressured straw raw adobe is taken as research object,here it researched the rule between horizontal vertical heat-conducting difference and the density for the same briquette,as well as prediction model;use transient tropical method related to material heat property to measure heatconducting value of straw raw adobe.The result shows that the difference between horizontal vertical heat-conducting coefficient is zero;the density range of straw raw adobe is 1 150~1 700 kg/m3;under applied density range and with density increasing,its heat-conducting coefficient sharply increases until at1 450 kg/m3,followed with slow increase,and the 1 450 kg/m3 is an boundary;heat-conducting coefficient predicting model of raw soil material is deduced with the method of finding resistance in series parallel circuit in Physics.
