摘要
目的研究温针灸联合中药熏洗外敷对膝关节软组织慢性劳损退行性滑膜炎的疗效。方法随机选取50例2015年10月—2016年10月在我院进行治疗的膝关节软组织慢性劳损退行性滑膜炎患者作为本次的研究对象,按照就诊的顺序,将其均分成研究组和参照组,每组各25例患者。参照组患者采用中药熏洗外敷进行治疗,研究组患者则采用温针灸联合中药熏洗外敷进行治疗,治疗结束后对比两组患者的治疗疗效。结果研究组患者患处的痛感、红肿等临床症状改善情况优于参照组,治疗有效率也优于参照组,组间数据对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温针灸与中药熏洗联合治疗膝关节软组织慢性劳损退行性滑膜炎的效果较为明显,能够缓解患者的临床症状。
Objective To study the curative effect of warming acupuncture and moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and external treatment on chronic degenerative synovitis of knee joint soft tissue. Methods 50 patients with chronic degenerative synovitis of knee joint soft tissue were treated in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2016. The patients were divided into two groups according to the order of treatment, 25 patients in each group. The patients in the reference group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and external treatment. The patients in the study group were treated with warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and external treatment. After treatment, the curative effect was compared between the two groups. Results The improvement of clinical symptoms such as pain and swelling in the study group was significantly better than that of the reference group. The treatment efficiency in the study group was also better than that of the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Warming acupuncture and moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and external treatment is more effective in the treatment of chronic degenerative synovitis of knee joint soft tissue. It can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients.
