摘要
目的了解青岛市市北区中小学校直饮水机卫生状况,分析问题成因并提出合理化建议,以达到改善直饮水卫生状况的目的。方法 2016年3月在青岛市市北区中小学校中选取25所学校,对正在使用中的102台温热型直饮水机进行检测,检测指标包括菌落总数、总大肠菌群、铜绿假单胞菌及亚硝酸盐,通过数据分析找出影响因素。结果 102份样品中菌落总数合格率为73.53%,大肠菌群合格率为100.00%,与使用人数呈负相关;铜绿假单胞菌检出率为5.90%;亚硝酸盐合格率为100.00%,数值与人机比和使用人数呈明显负相关。结论青岛市市北区校园直饮水机存在微生物超标现象,且部分设备检出铜绿假单胞菌。
Objective To understand the hygienic status of drinking water in primary and high school schools,Shibei district, Qingdao city,and carry out the corresponding rectification so as to improve the hygienic status of drinking water. Methods A total of 25 schools were selected from the primary and high schools in Shibei district, Qingdao city to detect 102 sets of warm type direct drinking water dispensers being used, including the indicators of the total number of colonies, pseudomonas aeruginosa and nitrite,through the data analysis to find out the influencing factors. Results In the 102 samples, the qualified rate of the colony was 73.53%, that of fecal coliform was 100.00%, which was negatively correlated with the number of users, the detection rate of pseudomonas aeruginosa was 5.90 ~, and that of nitrite was 100. O0 ~, but the value was significantly negatively correlated with the man machine ratio and the number of users. Conclusion The microbial indicators of campus drinking water dispensers exceed the standards in Shibei district, Qingdao city,with detection of pseudomonas aeruginosa in some machines.
