电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)在环境监测领域日常维护及故障排除 被引量:6

摘要 以珀金埃尔默公司(PE)生产的NexION300D为例,基于环境监测系统使用经验,总结了包括进样系统、等离子体源(ICP)、接口、透镜、四级杆分析器、检测器和内置于质谱仪中的真空系统,外连接冷却循环水及空气过滤网等部件日常维护要点,并对容易出现的点火问题、灵敏度低、氧化物高、精密度差、质量数8和220的背景值高、校准曲线异常等故障原因进行分析,并提出解决办法。认为未来电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)与其它仪器联用技术的相关维护是ICP-MS从业者的挑战和机遇。 Routine maintenance of ICP-MS instruments is important for proper operation of ICP-MS in environmental monitoring. In this paper, regular maintenance of Perkin Elmer (PE) NexION 300D ICP- MS and malfunction elimination is described. Daily maintenance experiences including sampling system, plasma source (ICP), three cone interface, lens, quadrupoles mass analyzer, detector and built-in mass spectrometer inside vacuum system, external connections including cooling water circulation, air filter and of other parts are described. Common faults such as ignition barrier, low sensitivity, high oxide, poor precision, high background value of mass 8 and 220 and the abnormality of calibration curve were analyzed and the solutions were presented. It was considered that the future maintenance of hyphenated technique of ICP-MS would be a challenge as well as a learning opportunity for ICP-MS practitioners.
