摘要
论述了受油器的结构、工作原理及其在双调节水轮上的功能。受油器是水轮发电机组最重要的部件之一,也是机组运行中最易出现故障的部位。针对某水电厂X号机组受油器出现的异常振动情况,分析了异常振动产生的原因及危害,探讨了处理振动异常的技术措施。
An introduction was made on the structure, wo of the most important components required for double fault. In view of the abnormal vibration occurred at the rking principle and function of oil head. The oil head is one regulating turbine, but also is the part most liable to have oil head of No.x unit of a hydropower plant, the author analyzed the causes and harm of this fault, discussed the technical measures for repair.
