摘要
目的评估自拟消渴方辨证施治2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法抽取至本院进行治疗的126例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,所有研究对象入院时间为2014年3月—2017年3月。2型糖尿病中医辨证分型主要有痰湿瘀阻型、燥热津伤型、气阴两虚型,应用自拟消渴方加减进行治疗,评价三组治疗效果。结果三组患者治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均优于治疗前,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。气阴两虚型患者治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖比痰湿瘀阻型患者高,有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,痰湿瘀阻型患者总胆固醇、甘油三酯水平比燥热津伤型、气阴两虚型高,有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,痰湿瘀阻型患者低密度脂蛋白水平比燥热津伤型、气阴两虚型低,燥热津伤型患者总胆固醇水平比痰湿瘀阻型、气阴两虚型患者低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟消渴方辨证施治2型糖尿病的临床疗效较好,能有效控制患者血糖水平。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of self-made Xiaoke prescription in treating type 2 diabetes based on syndrome differentiation.Methods 126 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes from March 2015 to March 2017 were selected as the research objects.The type 2 diabetes syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine is mainly phlegm stasis type,injury of fluid due to dryness-heat type,qi and yin deficiency type.The Xiaoke prescription was used.The curative effect of the two groups was evaluated.Results After treatment,fasting blood glucose,2-hour blood glucose,and glycosylated hemoglobin of the three groups improved,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈 0.05）.After treatment,the fasting blood glucose and 2 hours of blood glucose of qi and yin deficiency type were higher than that of phlegm stasis type,and there was a statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Before treatment,the total cholesterol and triglyceride levels of the patients with phlegm stasis were higher than that of the injury of fluid due to dryness-heat type and qi and yin deficiency type,and there was statistical significance（P 〈0.05）.After treatment,the low density lipoprotein levels of phlegm stasis type was lower than that of injury of fluid due to dryness-heat type and qi and yin deficiency type,the total cholesterol levels of injury of fluid due to dryness-heat type was lower than that of phlegm stasis type and qi and yin deficiency type patients,and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion：The self-made Xiaoke prescription in treating type 2 diabetes based on syndrome differentiation has good clinical curative effect,and can effectively control the blood glucose level of patients.
