摘要
为了提高桑蚕丝织物数码印花的色彩还原度,通过单因素实验确定了最佳印花工艺,测试了印花后织物的K/S值和色牢度。通过校正密度色卡,重新制作了针对于桑蚕丝织物的ICC色彩管理曲线。实验结果表明:桑蚕丝织物数码印花最佳浆料处方是海藻酸钠2.5%,碳酸氢钠1%,硫酸钠1%,尿素8%,汽蒸条件为102℃下35 min。印花后织物的各项牢度均达到4级以上。按照优化后的工艺和色彩管理曲线打印所得的图案得色量高、色牢度好、轮廓清晰。
In order to improve the color reduction of ink-jet printing of silk fabric,the optimum printing process was determined by single factor experiment,and the K/S value and color fastness of the printed fabric were tested. The ICC color management curve for the silk fabric was reconstructed by correcting the density color card. The experimental results showed that the optimum pretreatment slurry prescription was: sodium alginate 2. 5%,sodium bicarbonate 1%,sodium sulfate1%,urea 8% and steaming at 102 ℃ for 35 minutes. The level of all fastness was all above four. According to the optimized process and color management curve to print the pattern,it obtained high color,good color fastness,clear outline.
