摘要
目的:探讨三踝骨折患者的切开复位内固定手术治疗方式,观察治疗效果,为临床实践提供参考和指导。方法:将48例三踝骨折患者作为临床研究对象,并分设研究组和对照组,每组24例。对研究组患者行切开复位内固定术治疗,对对照组患者行手法复位聚酯石膏塑形外固定术治疗,对两组患者的治疗效果进行评价观察和对比。结果:经分组治疗和为期10~18个月的随访评价发现,研究组患者治疗优良率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:相比于手法复位聚酯石膏塑形外固定术而言,对三踝骨折患者采用切开复位内固定术进行治疗,可以取得更好的治疗效果,值得加强临床推广与实践。
[ Abstract ] Objective： To investigate the surgical treatment of open reduction and internal fixation for three ankle fracture, and to observe the effect of treatment, and to provide reference and guidance for clinical practice.Method： 48 patients with three ankle fractures were divided into two groups ： .the treatment group and the treatment group, with 24 patients randomly assigned to each group.For the treatment of patients in the study group were treated by open reduction and internal fixation for the treatment ,control group were treated with manipulative reduction and plaster external fixation for the treatment of polyester moulding,the observation and comparison of two groups of patients were evaluated.Result： The group treatment and the follow-up evaluation from 10 months to 18 months found that the treatment excellence rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the treatment control group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： Compared with manual reduction and polyester plaster plastic external fixation, the treatment of three ankle fracture with open reduction and internal fixation can achieve better therapeutic effect, and it is worth to promote clinical practice.
