摘要
本文对9例支气管癌病人进行了肺血管成形术。1例左肺上叶支气管袖状切除术并左肺动脉袖状切除成形术,2例右肺上叶支气管袖状切除并肺动脉楔形切除吻合,1例病人癌肿侵及肺上静脉,切除部分受侵的静脉壁,用奇静脉片成形术,5例行肺动脉部分切除吻合术。对手术的方法,血运阻断时间及再建顺序进行了讨论。
Nine cases of bionchogenic carcinoma which underwent angioplastic proce-dure were reported. The left upper lobectomy with bronchial sleeve resectionwas combined with sleeve resection and reconstruction of the pulmonary artery.Two cases of them, right upper lobectomy bronchial sleeve resection, wascombined with wedge resection of the pulmonary artery with direct suture. Apatient with cancer infiltrated to the upper pulmonary vein was performedpartial resection of the affected pulmonary vein with cancer and the defectwas reconstructed with azygos vein patch. Five cases of them was performedpartial resection of the pulmonary artery stem with direct suture. None ofthe patients had surgical complication. The operative method, the block ofblood circulation time and the courses of reconstruction are discussed.
